Russell Block Spencer is a hip hop executive from the United States.
In the mid-1990s, he began working in the recording industry and by 1997, he had risen to the position of President of Suave House Records, a Houston-based record label.
As one-third owner of ShoNuff Records, he founded the label that would put him on the map in 1999. ShoNuff would go on to discover Ciara and Jody Breeze, among others.
In the year 2000, he founded Block Entertainment, his own record label. Block Entertainment went on to discover and represent Yung Joc and Boys in Da Hood, among other acts.
He also formed a fruitful alliance with music tycoon Sean "Diddy" Combs in the mid-2000s. He also has a deal with Warner Music Group and is now in talks with The Urban Wrestling Federation to form a collaboration.
