Mike Budenholzer is an American professional basketball coach and former professional basketball player.
Both Holbrook High School and Pomona College had Budenholzer on their teams. From 1993 to 1994, he was a player for Vejle BK in Denmark. That same year, he also served as their youth team coach.
From 1996 through 2013, Budenholzer served as an assistant coach for the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA, where he won four NBA titles.
He coordinated the team's video throughout its initial years in San Antonio. In 2013, the Atlanta Hawks gave him his first head coaching position in the NBA.
The Hawks' record in his first year was 38–44.
