Andrew Hedgman is a New Zealand ultramarathon runner.

At his secondary school in Paeroa College, Andrew started running. While competing against seniors as an intermediate runner, he found himself defeating them and smashing school records.
Hedgman didn't discover his love for long distance running until his P.E. teacher Ava Meek challenged him to run a whole marathon.
