Jonathan Greening is an English professional football coach and former player.
His main and rather the only source of income is a professional career as a footballer which brings him great profits.
He is now the Northern Premier League's Scarborough Athletic manager.
In his playing career, Greening was a midfielder.
His career began in 1996 with York City, but in 1998 he went to Manchester United, where as a non-playing replacement in the championship game, he helped the club win the 1998–99 UEFA Champions League.
He did not, however, succeed in breaking into the Manchester United first squad, and in 2001, he moved to Middlesbrough with United assistant manager Steve McClaren.
Greening received his first call-up to the England national team while playing for Middlesbrough, although he did not play. He paid £1.25 million to join West Bromwich Albion in 2004.
In 2008, he led the club to the Championship title. Greening initially joined Fulham in 2009, and he later helped the club win the 2010 UEFA Europa League Final.
The following summer, he committed to the club permanently. He joined Nottingham Forest in 2011 and stayed there for three years.
Jonathan Greening's net worth is currently estimated at $2.8 million.
